This is my second time celebrating a major event at Taj Deccan, and they have proven once again why the Taj Group remains the gold standard in hotel management. The level of service here isn't just professional; it’s deeply personal. Above & Beyond Service I want to highlight Mrs. Radha for her consistent, incredible support. She is always there to ensure every detail is handled perfectly. A special, heartfelt thank you goes to Chef Kumar. Not only was the food exceptional, but his dedication was truly inspiring. He stayed well beyond his working hours to ensure every single arrangement was completed to perfection. Seeing a Chef take that level of personal ownership is rare and highly commendable. Exceptional Care for Families What touched my family the most was the team's kindness and generosity toward our infant. With one request Praveen provided a room for feeding, which was a massive support for us during the event. This gesture alone speaks volumes about their commitment to guest comfort and their "customer-first" philosophy. Verdict The Taj Deccan team ensures the extremely highest quality of service. From the culinary excellence led by Mr. Kumar to the thoughtful logistics, they made our celebration seamless. They don't just host events; they take care of families. Including the staff who served us and managed us at the end, made sure a smooth and wonderful closure. Highly recommended for anyone who values excellence and genuine care.

Dear Arnab Ji, First of all I would like to congratulate you for having a wonderful team at Taj Deccan and for making the property different from others. The hospitality, the warmth and the affection of everyone is something which makes Taj special and definitely makes Taj Deccan a more special place. My family and I had a wonderful stay and thank your team. During the stay I could not meet you as you were busy in meetings. I truly understand and appreciate the work that you all have to put in. I really look forward meeting you in my next visit. I take this opportunity of conveying my thanks to you and to everyone at Taj Deccan. I am sure the property will not only maintain its high standards but will go further ahead under your able leadership and guidance. Although, I am failing in my duty by not mentioning the names of all the persons with whom I interacted and everyone who helped me feel good and special. Ms. Nandini, Ms. Pratima and Mr. Siddharth Khutia ensured my smooth entry into the property and ensured a warm welcome with smiles. They are wonderful human beings. Shri Ajay was there to greet us personally and escort us to our rooms and making us feel special and good. He is a wonderful person. The food was par excellence. Chef Srinivasa and his team members Satya, Srinu and Rajini looked after us very well and catered to our taste buds. They made everything special with the warm celebrations for my son’s Birthday and to arrange a warm send off. They are truly special. Chef Manpreet is amazing. I thank him for being there. Shri Suresh took care of our luggage with a wonderful smile and greeted us so many times. He is a wonderful person with lot of humility and simplicity. I was so happy to know about his children doing so well in life. I wish them all the best in life. The special send off arranged by Chef Srinivasa and his team along with a gift of Besan Ladoos was something which has touched the heart of us all. I stayed for three nights at Taj Deccan, and the experience was excellent. The property has a charming antique character, with attention to detail visible in every corner. The complimentary breakfast spread was both extensive and delicious. The rooms, including the bed linen and bathrooms, were impeccably clean. Security is well-managed—lift access is restricted without a valid room key card. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and attentive. Additionally, the hotel offers good recreational facilities, including a cricket batting net and a tennis court.
