Zero Security Avoid with Family I had a disappointing stay at Holiday Inn. The front desk staff showed poor hospitality and lacked professionalism. I ordered room service twice, and both times, the waiter failed to return my cash, which is unacceptable. Additionally, I requested a late check-out at 12:30 PM instead of the usual 12:00 PM, but the staff entered my room without my permission and moved my luggage to the entry gate. They also tampered with my belongings, leaving my mobile phones, tab, mother’s purse, and personal items exposed. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's management and staff. They behaved like an 2 Star Hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking respectful and professional service. Thank you for your feedback. We've investigated and found that our staff acted professionally despite the challenging situation. However, you were found using abusing language at front desk to our staff which is not acceptable by our organisation to which You were politely asked to refrain from using abusive language to which you had again responded in an abusive language. You were also trying to threaten to team by mentioning that you will call police to which you were informed that you are free to do since we were right on our part. We are dedicated to providing services to our guest; however, such behaviour is not acceptable Also regarding entering your room, our call records reflect that the call was received from your room to bring the luggage down and after 45 minutes you had you had again called from the personal mobile on landline and mentioned that you will check out late and not to bring the luggage down, by the time you had called the luggage was already bought down and was kept safely. Also, there was no tampering or theft reported by you at the hotel and the luggage was identified and collected by you and your family. We follow strict procedure ensuring safety of guest belonging. We take all feedback seriously and are investigating the matter. However, we have found no records of any order placed from your room. However, I would highly appreciate their staff, especially Mr Sharda Mishra. He has been very helpful throughout our stay. He extended his support in best possible way and would like to thank him for making our stay wonderful.
