I understand that my title may not do the required justice, therefore I would first take the opportunity to highlight the positives...only Positive. The staff is very co operative...They make you feel at home and try their best to meet your expectation basis the available resources at their disposal. I want to highlight Mr Bhuvan, who is the Manager of the property for his exemplary efforts and probably the only reason if I ever decide to visit this property again. As a matter of fact whenever I visit again, I will try to meet him and thank him in person for the extraordinary level of his commitment towards the customers / visitors. That being said, the property is not in the best of health for people who keep an eye for detail. The infrastructure is not very well maintained. Washrooms are average at best. You can see termite signatures all round the property furniture. The doors of the hotel room are jarred. You feel that the owners have tried their best to install the most cheap options available in the market. The lids of the pot were broken for all the three rooms that we booked / occupied. There are no wipers or other means to quick clean a washroom in case if multiple people have to use it. Moving to food options, if you choose all meals.....if you dare choose all meals, you are already at a loss, because as i said earlier, the stress is to reduce cost and minimize use of variety in vegetables, so you will end up having common ingredients across the variety they offer. For example on one lunch buffet they had, lauki (bottle Gourd) ki kheer, laiki ke kofte and lauki ka raita.....I thank them that they did not cook lauki ki roti and lauki ke chawal(rice)........I was literally in tears. But again they make best use of what the owners provide them, otherwise the staff of the restaurant is very good including the kitchen staff. Last but not the least, while during the initial reservation thye confirmed that the taxes will be applicable at 12% and 18% for rooms as per government norms and offered me the deal as a package. Howevre at the time of payment when I requested for an invoice, I was told that the invoice will be for each separate items as that will reduce tax liability. However to my surprise while they did segregate the billing they still charged me the same amount and only reduce their own tax liability. During tese discussions, the lady - Neeta who had initially discussed teh deal with me, switched off her phone and did not bother to discuss or address my queries. The person who claimed to be the accountant, but did not feel like one, took 1 hour and 23 minutes to prepare invoice and cancelled it twice due to wrong calculations. In the end I had to help him prepare the bill so that I could leave from Delhi... Quite eventful but a trip that I will remember for life.
