Among all, Godwin Hotel, Haridwar delivered a truly commendable hospitality experience. Godwin Hotel, Haridwar – Excellence in Leadership & Service Godwin Hotel clearly demonstrated that **true hospitality is defined by commitment, not just physical presence**. Although the General Manager, **Mr. Mahesh Verma**, was not personally present at the hotel, he remained consistently available on phone and ensured timely, effective resolutions whenever required. His responsiveness and leadership deserve special appreciation. The hotel’s operational excellence was further strengthened by **Ms. Anita Dobriyal, Front Office Manager**, who handled inter-departmental coordination with exceptional efficiency. The synchronization between Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Operations was seamless, ensuring smooth communication between guests and the Travel Tree India team throughout the stay. Housekeeping standards were **impeccable**, maintaining cleanliness across all areas. The food quality was **consistently good, well-presented and flavorful**. The front office staff remained alert, courteous and proactive, addressing guest requirements promptly and professionally. Despite operating with a limited workforce, the hotel team ensured that service quality never felt compromised. The collective effort, dedication and positive attitude of the entire staff created a smooth and comfortable experience for all our guests. **Overall Rating:** ⭐ **9/10** Travel Tree India will confidently recommend Godwin Hotel, Haridwar for future Group and F.I.T. bookings, and we look forward to continued collaboration.

“Great Place to Unwind”

We had a great stay at Hotel Godwin. The entire staff (reception, restaurant, housekeeping and the security) treated us and other guests with great hospitality and cooperation. We had a great stay at Hotel Godwin. The entire staff (reception, restaurant, housekeeping and the security) treated us and other guests with great hospitality and cooperation. The room was well allotted, peaceful, spacious and clean. Bathrooms were clean and a good level of hygiene was maintained. The housekeeping team was very responsive. They have an in-house restaurant - Golden Mushroom and I must say the food offered here was simply great. The restaurant staff was amazing who always served freshly cooked and great quality of food with a wide variety of options. Special thanks to Mr. Ashutosh Sharma, Mr. Vishal and Mr.Anuj Upadhayay for prompt service. The hotel also has in-house shopping outlet for women's dress and jwellery which have some good collection at reasonable price range. The pool was clean and safe though we didn't use it due to cold weather. The location of this hotel in Haridwar - Rishikesh highway hence it is a bit distant from Har ki Pauri but autos are available at a minimal cost of ₹20-30 per person and it's about 2.5hrs away from Devprayag . Overall our stay was awesome.
