I had a wonderful stay at Club Mahindra Mussoorie. The food was delicious, fresh, and offered a good variety of options. The service was excellent, and the staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The resort was well-maintained, and the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality. I would highly recommend this property to others visiting Mussoorie.

This is yet another trip to a Club Mahindra resort for my family, but first time at Club Mahindra Mussoorie. For us, the hero of our trip was Ms. Kajal and the standout department, the F&B department. Firstly, we arrived rather late at the resort because of traffic conditions at Dehradun and Mussoorie, enroute from New Delhi International Airport. We reached at 3.15 pm. Ms. Kajal stayed back to serve us. She advised and served us Local Thalis. She is a one woman army, ensuring all containers are full, inspite of the late hour. We thanked her profusely. She served us in an exemplary manner throughout our stay. Mr. Surya then during dinner explained the packages and offered us good deals throughout the stay. A wonderful service from him. During the stay my daughter fell sick. My wife, a medical doctor, would call Gourmet Express and request for South Indian dishes to help my daughter recover. Though the cooks were North Indian, I presume, they listened carefully and curated the dishes to our requests. Mr. Pankaj from F&B understood my daughter was sick and used to rush to our room with the dishes, also enquiring about my daughter's health. When my daughter recovered as we started visiting the Fun Dining Restaurant, Vinod Brijwasi was very proactive, filling the water glasses and tissue container even without being asked. His service deliveries from the live counters were very quick. Another gem of a person. Vinod Kumar was also very helpful. We are south Indians and cook Dosas at home regularly. So, we were pleasantly surprised when Mr. Deepak the Chef served us Ghee Dosas tasting the same as at home. The Housekeeping staff were prompt and courteous and this was especially appreciated during the times our daughter was sick, especially. Mr. Pankaj from Activities used to arrange fun games every evening. His energy levels, sense of humor and friendly nature made the activities more enjoyable. Mr. Bhaskar from reception was prompt in handling requests and Ms. Arti friendly. Mr. Aamir allocated us a room, 43 A, with bird's eye view and this is appreciated. A note of caution, though. The resort is located on cliff and the higher rooms are difficult to access for the elderly, sick or those with special requirements. When we were checking out Mr. Devender, the Front Office Supervisor and Mr. Vinod Brijwasi, from F&B department, offered my daughter (still not fully recovered), cookies to eat on the way to New Delhi International Airport, if needed. Such thoughtful gestures make the Club Mahindra experience special. The positives from the stay were many. Is there room for Improvement, then? Yes, certianly. When a guest wishes to access transport to the resort from the Access Road, we have to call the reception. But, the staff there were so busy, and that is a fact, calls were attended to only after multiple attempts. Often, we spent minutes in the rain waiting for calls to be picked up and vehicles dispatched for pickup. Overall a good experience nonetheless. The rooms are clean and the location the resort excellent. Our favorite heroine, Ms. Kajal from F&B.
