“Smooth service”
Great Location, Check in and check out was quick. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner buffet were more than adequate. Overall a good experience for a two day leisure trip to the city of joy.

Best hotel in kolkata, location is very famous, food quality was good but room service was slow, reception staff Simran and Sujeet, The dosa counter chef was very good , overall good hotel, Will visit again.

Location is very close to the market, hence noisy. But the metro station is close by so very convenient. The rooms are clean. But the rooms have not been maintained well.
