An Absolutely Amazing Stay at Sheraton Bali. My stay at the Sheraton Bali was absolutely amazing. From the beautiful hotel, the wonderful breakfast selection and, most importantly, the incredible people, I honestly could not fault anyone. What made my stay so memorable was the warmth, kindness and genuine care that I experienced from the staff throughout my time there. My first impression started with Senna, who welcomed me when I arrived very late at night after almost a 30-hour journey. I was absolutely exhausted, but Sena was so friendly, warm and welcoming. The gentleman who helped me with my luggage was equally amazing—so humble, gracious and genuinely willing to help. It was such a lovely welcome after such a long journey. The following morning, I met Sri, and she honestly became one of the people who made my stay so special. I had planned to leave very early for my trip to Ubud, but I was running extremely late. I didn't even have to explain much. She looked at me and immediately said, *“Mam, can I help you? What can I help you with?”* I explained that my driver was waiting for my tour, and she immediately got things going for me. What touched me was that she gathered breakfast for me to take with me without me even having to think about it. I simply told her what I wanted, and she made it happen. She was extremely friendly, sincere and genuinely helpful. I was actually in awe of how naturally she went out of her way to assist me. There was nothing forced about it—it was authentic kindness. Every morning, when she was on shift, she was just as wonderful. She even knew exactly what I liked to drink and would bring it for me. She made such a good impression on me and really added something special to my stay. Sri also who worked around the bar/pool area, was also absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly and warm, and one of the things that really touched my heart was how thoughtful she was around my birthday. She made me a beautiful little flower from craft materials, which I will keep forever for myself and my daughter. She also made me a beautiful little birthday cake with my age on it. These may seem like little things, but they meant so much to me because they were done with such genuine thought and care. I was also incredibly grateful when Sagung helped me when I needed to change rooms after my refrigerator wasn't working and some of my food had unfortunately gone off. The assistance was handled so kindly and efficiently. Then there was **Rose**, who was incredibly sweet. On my last day, I was asking for some advice about local markets and how best to spend my remaining time in Bali. Rose was so open and friendly and actually took the time to sit down with me and help me. When I mentioned that I wanted something special for my daughter, she gave me a beautiful flower hair clip that she had been using herself, and then went to her locker and brought out another one for my daughter. That gesture was so incredibly sweet and genuine. She is such a lovely young lady, and I was honestly proud to see someone so young carrying out her role with such warmth, professionalism and maturity. Lolly from the rooftop bar was also super lovely. On my last day, I mentioned that I was looking for one of the local traditional medicines. She immediately said she would check at the supermarket for me. She went out of her way to help, and I was so grateful when she found it for me and made sure I received it. That was incredibly generous of her. Mulan, who was one of the waitresses, was also so sweet and special. Although my interaction with her was brief, she still managed to make a really good impression on me. She was so young but incredibly professional, friendly and attentive. Overall, the entire experience was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, the breakfast selection is wonderful, and every person I encountered was lovely—from the front desk to the restaurant, bar, pool area and the gentleman who helped me with my luggage. What really says everything about my stay is that when it was time to leave for the airport, I found myself needing quite a bit of time just to say goodbye to everyone. These people had genuinely touched my heart. I came to Bali for a holiday, but I left with beautiful memories and an even greater appreciation for the kindness of people. The staff at the Sheraton made me feel welcomed, cared for and genuinely special, and I will never forget the way they treated me, especially around my birthday. Thank you to everyone at the Sheraton Bali for making my stay so memorable. I truly hope to return one day.
