“Budget friendly ”

We booked the hotel for two nights as a place to recuperate after the long flight to Bali. The hotel was not very clean, but nice and spacious. The towels and sheets had stains on them. We booked the hotel for two nights as a place to recuperate after the long flight to Bali. The hotel was not very clean, but nice and spacious. The towels and sheets had stains on them. We asked for new towels, but the new ones had stains as well. The air-conditioning worked well. The staff was very friendly and nice. The location was good if you want to stay in Denpasar city centre. We realized quite early that it was not a very touristy place. We struggled to find somewhere to eat that looked clean and descent. Taking a taxi is a must since there are few sidewalks in town. We slept in so we did not get to try the breakfast.

“Okay hotel at good location”

The room was spacy, it had al necessities except for a small fridge, the shower was hot but not very clean. The room was spacy, it had al necessities except for a small fridge, the shower was hot but not very clean. Pleasant location close to Ubud market, with a beautiful gazebo where you can hang out and they serve breakfast, but with just one piece of toast with jam, butter and a coffee or tea you might as well skip that. Pretty view over de roofs of Denpasar and staff was friendly and helpful.

“Not adapted to occidental customer needs”

We stayed only one night in this property and we have a real mitigated feeling. Staff was kind and welcomed us very warmly. Our room was pretty big: not so clean, but not dirty. We stayed only one night in this property and we have a real mitigated feeling. Staff was kind and welcomed us very warmly. Our room was pretty big: not so clean, but not dirty. Bathroom was well-equipped with japanese toilets but lavatory was not properly working since water couldn't pour out. Breakfast was strange: the receptionnist told us we could be served between 8:00 and 10:00 am. When we requested it, a table was already prepared and the food was already on. My question was: for how long time ? Anyway, breakfast was not adapted to occidental customer tastes. We had a water and rice with noodles and spicy meat. The main issue was the lack of Wifi in the room. During the check-in, we asked for the password. We noticed the receptionnist was a bit confused and felt not so confortable. She finally gave us one and when we arrived in our room, there was no wifi. We came back and the receptionnist explained us: " some days, wifi doesn't work, but there is some in the lobby". Indeed, we could only used it in the lobby area.
