I do not understand some of the bad reviews on here as this place is amazing. Villas are lovely and so chilled with a great amount of space. We are on Day 5 of a 10 day stay here.The location is in a very quiet area, a ten minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. The staff are lovely and the breakfast is excellent with a good variety of choice.We are in villa 5 and get the sun up till 3 o'clock. The back door offers a short cut walk to the shops of 5 minutes. The front door turning left takes you to the beach with a huge choice in dining and watching the sunset in the evening.I would highly recommend staying here.

1. On arrival, only two small bottle of water provided. This was upgraded on request. 2. Internet keeps dropping out - unusual in Bali 3. Internet to our computers and phones has to be reconnected every time on returning to Aria or when having breakfast in the dining area. 4. Kitchen facility badly set up. • No cooking utensils provided. • Stove – gas bottle old and not working. Replaced • Stove not working. Replaced • No wine or large glasses • Minimum plates and cutlery 5. Very bad massage. I advised reception at the time My wife and I booked through reception for 12pm Rang reception at 12.10pm and we told there had been an accident 12.20pm told two new masseuse had been called Arrived at 12.45pm without massage tables Massages took place on the floor – no hole for our faces. My neck was sore for 24 hours. Finished massage after 50 minutes, not one hour Was supposed to be a full body massage – didn’t happen The massage fee should have been credited 6. Villa not cleaned on two occasions – we had to contact reception each time. 7. Turn down service not done on two occasions – we had to contact reception. On first occasion, staff arrived but only replaced mosquito coils. Bed nets not done 8. Swimming pool steps were very dirty and slippery on our arrival – we had to contact reception. Scrubbed twice by pool man 9. Tea and sugar not topped up daily. No crema (dry milk) provided. I asked breakfast staff who arranged it with housekeeping. 10. I asked to speak to manager on three occasions. No response. I sent a feedback form prior to leaving and welcomed comments. Still no response. Good things 1. Very good breakfasts. Extremely pleasant staff. Their service was excellent 2. Great pool 3. Paper towels in kitchen - 4. Very comfortable beds 5. Rear access to the shops and close proximity to the beach 6. Request for a late checkout given 7. Very friendly staff throughout Aria 8. Property is well maintained. We travel a lot and have now retired. Rarely do we make complaints on social media. If an issue arises, the manager always responds. It didn't happen here.
