“Wonderful stay”
Staff were polite and helpful. Front desk agent Ms Ayu was very patient with our changes in arrangements.

“Enjoyable and hospitable stay”
Very enoyable short stay. The property is great but the staffs are the stars. Shout out to Pak Gede (FO), Lia and Anggun (FB), and all trainees at the breakfast service. Highly recommended

“Excellent Service”
Beautiful room by the pool. Excellent view. Friendly staff from Check In Ms Ayu, to dining staff: Anggun and Lia to check with us if our food and stay was comfortable and to Mawar and Mizan to keep our coffee or tea refill always with big happy and genuine smiles. What a service.

“EXCELLENT STAFF, FOOD AND AMAZING VIEW”
