From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. A very special thank you to Friky at the Front Desk, who truly made our arrival memorable. His sincere smile, professionalism, and willingness to help immediately made us feel valued as guests. As Marriott Bonvoy members, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise and greatly appreciated. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, the team went above and beyond to make our stay even more special. Walking into our room and seeing the beautiful honeymoon bed decoration, a delicious complimentary cake, and a handwritten congratulatory message was such a heartwarming surprise. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely celebrated, and it created a memory we will cherish for years to come. Thank you for making this special occasion even more meaningful. The room itself was absolutely beautiful—elegantly designed, immaculately clean, spacious, and maintained to the highest standards. Every detail reflected the quality and excellence expected from a Marriott property. Another highlight was the outstanding Bell Team. Our luggage was delivered promptly, and the warm welcome we received at the room genuinely impressed us. Their kindness and professionalism were beyond expectations. Of course, such exceptional service deserved a well-earned tip. Breakfast was simply phenomenal. The variety of food was extensive, offering an impressive selection of both local and international dishes, all prepared to an excellent standard. What made the experience even more special was the heartfelt service from every member of the restaurant team. I would especially like to recognize Anggun, whose hospitality was truly remarkable. She constantly checked on us, anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and ensured that every breakfast was a wonderful experience. Her genuine care, attentiveness, and warm personality made us feel incredibly welcome, and we are sincerely grateful for her outstanding service. We also had dinner at the hotel on our first evening, and it was absolutely outstanding. We ordered a perfectly cooked medium steak, which was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It paired wonderfully with the local beer—we enjoyed three bottles throughout the evening! We also tried the pizza and spring rolls, both of which were equally delicious. Combined with the excellent service and relaxing atmosphere, it was the perfect way to begin our stay and one of the most enjoyable dining experiences of our Bali trip. What impressed us most throughout our stay was the consistency of the service. Every team member we encountered demonstrated genuine hospitality, professionalism, and a true passion for making guests feel welcome. It is rare to experience such consistently exceptional service across every department of a hotel. Thank you to the entire team at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan for making our final stay in Bali so memorable. This hotel has undoubtedly become one of our favorite places to stay on the island. We will absolutely return on our next visit to Bali, and we look forward to experiencing your outstanding hospitality once again. Highly recommended. A true example of world-class hospitality.

The staff are very friendly and helpful especially the front desk people… appreciate themfor their support as i missed my flight after check out, they helped me with luggage storage… assigned me a place to take a shower and hop onto next flight..

We had a wonderful stay at Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa during Nyepi (Silent Day). Traveling with a 1-month-old newborn can be challenging, but the entire experience was seamless and comfortable thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the team. A special thank you to Mr. Yus, who went above and beyond to ensure all arrangements were perfectly prepared before our arrival. He thoughtfully assisted with our special requests, including arranging air purifiers and other details that helped create a safe and comfortable environment for our baby. Despite the restrictions during Nyepi, the resort maintained excellent service standards, and we felt well cared for throughout our stay. The staff’s attention to detail, warm hospitality, and genuine care made this a memorable experience for our family. We truly appreciate the outstanding service and would highly recommend this resort to families traveling with young children. We look forward to returning in the future. I’ve stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan twice for work, and it has become one of my preferred places to stay whenever I’m in the area. One of the things I love most is how spacious and comfortable the rooms are. They’re well maintained, clean, and provide a relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. The breakfast offers a great variety of options, so there’s something for everyone. While I appreciated the selection, I found the flavours to be fairly average overall. That said, it was still a pleasant way to start the day. My favourite spot at the hotel is the bar overlooking Jimbaran Bay. It’s especially lovely in the evening, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for winding down after work. Overall, I’ve always enjoyed my stays here thanks to the comfortable rooms, pleasant ambience, and convenient location. I’ll definitely be returning the next time my work brings me back to the area.
