I stayed at Kuta Paradiso from May 5th to May 16th. This was my first time staying here, and I wasn't disappointed. I received a warm welcome when I arrived at 9:30 pm. I booked a Super Deluxe Pool room and was pleasantly surprised by its size—it was huge! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean, and the daily housekeeping left the room smelling wonderfully fresh. The air conditioning was excellent; I kept it at 25°C for most of my stay, and the temperature was perfect. Since I was in an end room, I had views overlooking both the pool and the ocean, allowing me to watch the beach fireworks every single night. Breakfast was great, featuring the usual buffet assortment of Western and Asian options. If you like bacon with your eggs, just note that you have to ask for it at the egg station. The pool area was fantastic, offering plenty of sunbeds and cool, refreshing water. I always stay in Kuta when visiting Bali, and this location was perfect for me. Everything was within walking distance of my favourite places. I will definitely be returning to Kuta Paradiso in the near future!

You’re welcomed with a beautifully refreshing drink that somehow captures the essence of Bali in a single sip, setting the tone for what becomes a truly seamless and relaxing stay. The reception team are absolute professionals, warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every part of your experience effortless. The rooms are well looked after, with beautifully cold air-conditioning after walking around in the Bali sun. The value for money is outstanding. The inclusions within the room cost are fantastic including but not limited to - Free Airport Transfers Vouchers for on-site restaurants and pool bar Cooking Classes Balinese Dance lessons Complimentary Couples massage And so many more additions. But what truly makes this place unforgettable are the people. A very special mention to Jacob at the poolside bar, someone who has left a lasting imprint on our hearts. Jacob is the definition of genuine hospitality. Kind, empathetic, humble, and endlessly warm, he goes above and beyond for every guest who crosses his path. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and his constant smile and thoughtful presence make every moment by the pool feel that little bit more special. What started as exceptional service quickly turned into something far more meaningful, we feel incredibly lucky to know him and now consider him part of our extended family. This hotel isn’t just somewhere we stay, it’s our home away from home. There’s a sense of comfort, familiarity, and care here that keeps calling us back. Without a doubt, we will be returning to the Kuta Paradiso Hotel on every trip to Bali. It holds a very special place in our hearts, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.
