The staff were always friendly, happy and had a smile. They went out of their way to help wherever possible and always wanted to please. The staff made us dinner twice at the villa and was amazing and loads of food. Great place for a family to stay and always clean. Breakfast was provided every morning and was always tasty and on time. The only downside was the shower heads could be fixed as there was not much water coming out.

Location is quite, too big for couple, good for family or grup. Too many ants and floor is sticky, bathub is cant be used since the filter is broken, wifi is poor connection all the area, staff really friendly, pool is big not really private, good for bbq, kitchen set is perfect, the room is roman… more

My husband and I checked in to Nagisa on the 23rd December 2019.The location is a bit out of the way but easy to get the hotel to call the taxi.The breakfast every morning was really good from the omelette to the fried rice.Same with the 3 course lunch and dinner different flavours and Balinese foo… more

My husband and I checked in to Nagisa on the 23rd December 2019.The location is a bit out of the way but easy to get the hotel to call the taxi.The breakfast every morning was really good from the omelette to the fried rice.Same with the 3 course lunch and dinner different flavours and Balinese food.The staff were always happy to help and went out of their way to make us feel at home.The only concern i would have was the privacy as staff would walk up to the rooms.Maybe a buzzer or door bell is needed by the main gate to make us aware someone is there.Also to book a shuttle or order room service you had to let the staff know 24 hours before hand which was an inconvenience as we were never told of this before Overall we had a great stay the room and pool was always clean.

We booked the 5BR villa which is also called Villa Amelia Gold on the website. We chose it as we are a group of friends and it’s not easy to find a villa with 5 similar sized rooms. We liked the villa configuration with 5 bedrooms surrounding a pool which is good for a few families or a group of friends. The pool was nice, but the facilities are very basic and not well maintained. It’s nothing close to “luxury” villa, but a very basic 3-Star at most. Pros - clean - pretty large pool swimming - not many mosquitoes and hardly see bugs - can order breakfast, meals and massage on premise (one day advance) - one of the service staff Jack is nice and helpful Cons - little privacy, only glass walls and doors, there’s a front gate to the villas but each room doesn’t lock well. There are staff walking outside your room early morning and late night - some toilets don’t flush - weak showers only a bit better than dripping - either lukewarm water or only hot water - drainage not working well, whole bathroom almost flooded after shower - rock hard towels - no electricity for a few hours one day - only two chairs by the pool for 5BR, we ended up standing or having 3 ppl sharing one chair - many kitchens but no plates in the cabinets at all - promised coffee and teas during the day but forgot to give us - since we often can’t find what we need so we need to get help, but the so-called on site staff are not on site, every time if we have a service request need to spend time looking for people then wait for a long time for things get fixed - massage menu priced in USD but if you want to pay anything in USD they don’t know how to do exchange rate and hassle you back and forth for change for money One thing that got me pretty upset - one day my friend ordered lunch in villa and they want to charge her in IDR. When she wanted to pay in USD they don’t know the exchange rate. They said they would come back to her later. Instead of coming back to her, that night another staff asked me for USD when we came back from outside, I told him the friend who ordered lunch has slept already and I do not have small change USD. I asked them to come again the next morning. He said ok. To my surprise, later at night, after I showered I found another male staff standing outside my room calling “Hello? Hello?” non stop. I got dressed and opened the door, a male staff was asking for that lunch money which I already told him to come back in the morning. It was midnight and the male staff would hassle guests like that? Overall v basic facilities, nice staff but not very smart... I’m disappointed that it doesn’t quite match the expectations compared to what it says and shows on the website.
