“Beautiful beach side resort near the airport but quiet and calm.”
My experience at this beautiful resort was incredible. From checking in at 2:00 AM to extending my stay twice, the entire staff was elegant, kind and always helpful. “Patra Villa Kuta Bali”
Arrived at Patra Villa Resort Kuta Bali today. Great welcome from all staff, a genuinely friendly happy bunch. Pande and Arik were very helpful and funny, it made having a great cocktail at the pool bar more enjoyable, thank you gentlemen 😄😄😄

“Great location & setting, horrible pool & restaurant service”
Very nice setting, particularly given its ‘close proximity to the airport. Great room, and the “floating pool” is marvelous. But the food (particularly at the Italian restaurant) is marginal. And the level of customer service at the pool and restaurant was horrible.

“So much potential but left very disappointed.”
This resort has the potential to be an amazing stay for those wanting a relaxing pit stop before flying out. It has been left to run down with maintenance issues and ground maintenance.
