This was our 10th time staying at the Rama residence Padma so that tells you how great this place is. We spent 10 wonderful nights at this amazing hotel and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome like part of the family. We had an incredibly smooth check in, with a welcome drink, snack and cold hand towels. The entire reception team were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. A special thank you to Komang, Oming and Made for their warmest hospitality and outstanding service, they truly made our stay so memorable. They also accommodated a complimentary late check out and transportation to the airport which was incredibly kind of them allowing us to stay later as we have an evening flight. In our room, we were welcomed with a basket of fruit, fresh flowers and a beautiful handwritten card. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, it was spacious, modern and immaculately clean. It consists of a kitchenette, dining area, lounge area and a smart TV. There is a private enclosed balcony which looks onto Padma Street (we love this view) The master bedroom has super comfy beds, smart TV and a large bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower and generous bench space. There was plenty of amenities, fast Wi-Fi, super quiet, the air conditioning was refreshing and cool and the filtered water dispenser was a blessing. A huge thanks to Yudi and the housekeeping team for their immaculate service, nothing was ever too much trouble. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant Gabah Padma Bali was just superb. The restaurant food and beverages are amazing, with great live music over dinner. Breakfast which was included was delicious offering a variety of freshly cooked a la carte options. There is a buffet filled with a variety of breads, salads, fruits, yoghurt, cereal, pastries and juices. The afternoon high tea, which was also included was absolutely superb. We were able to choose from three selections. Special thanks to Wirayudha, Dilan, Diah, Wanda and the entire restaurant team for their warm greetings and exceptional service, they truly made every meal a delight. The rooftop pool and bar were amazing with ocean views and magnificent sunset views. There are plenty of sun lounges and day beds which made it a perfect spot to relax. The pool staff are also super friendly and helpful, and the hotel also offers a gym and laundry facilities for guests. Security staff made us feel safe and secure from the moment we arrived and throughout our entire stay. Their warm greetings and beautiful smiles truly made us feel at home. The location is ideal close to the beach, Garlic Lane, Padma and Melasti Street, with lots of shopping, massage spots, restaurants and taxis close by. A massive thank you to Rama Residence Padma and Gabah Padma Bali for a holiday we’ll always remember. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and it offers excellent value for money! Thank you all for making us feel so welcome and our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to come back.
