We are a family of 3, travelling with 2 adults and one teenager aged 13, and we stayed at the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua for our holiday in Bali. Overall, our stay was a very enjoyable experience, with many highlights including the beautiful property, excellent service, amazing breakfast, and friendly staff. However, there were also a few minor areas where the hotel could improve, which will be covered throughout this review. Location: 4.5/5 Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua is located in a quieter part of Bali, away from the busier areas such as Seminyak and Canggu. This made it an excellent choice for a relaxing family holiday, as the surroundings were peaceful and away from the crowds. The hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions, restaurants, and beaches around the Nusa Dua area. The quieter location also meant that returning to the hotel after a day of exploring Bali felt calm and relaxing. One small downside is that travelling to areas such as Seminyak, Canggu, or Ubud can take quite a while due to Bali’s heavy traffic. However, this is common across Bali and not something unique to the hotel. Overall, the location was excellent for those looking for a peaceful and luxurious Bali getaway. Breakfast: 5/5 Breakfast at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua was one of the highlights of our stay. We were absolutely spoilt for choice with the wide variety of options available every morning. As all members of my family are vegetarian, we often find it difficult to find enough variety at hotel breakfasts. However, this was not an issue at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua. There were plenty of vegetarian options, including Indonesian dishes, Indian food, fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, salads, eggs cooked to order, and many international breakfast choices. The quality of the food was consistently excellent, and the selection meant that there was always something new to try each day. The breakfast area was also beautifully presented, making it a very enjoyable way to start the morning. The friendly and attentive staff also made the experience even better, always ensuring guests had everything they needed and providing great service throughout breakfast. Overall, the breakfast selection, quality of food, and service made it one of the strongest aspects of our stay. Service: 5/5 The service at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua was exceptional throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. A special mention must go to Dharmawan, Widi, and Arya, who were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. Whether it was assisting with requests, offering recommendations, or simply greeting us warmly each day, their hospitality really stood out. The staff throughout the resort were always polite, attentive, and eager to help. Their genuine friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere and made our stay feel much more personal. Overall, the service was outstanding and was definitely one of the biggest highlights of Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua. Room: 5/5 Our room at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua was one of the highlights of our stay. As a family of three travelling with a teenager, having enough space is extremely important, and the room exceeded our expectations. The bedroom was extremely large, providing plenty of space for all of us to relax comfortably without ever feeling crowded. The size of the room was impressive and made the stay much more enjoyable, especially after long days exploring Bali. The room had a modern design, was beautifully presented, and was kept exceptionally clean throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the overall layout was practical while still feeling luxurious. The balcony area was also a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and tropical atmosphere of the resort. Overall, the room was excellent and perfectly suited for a family of three, combining comfort, space, cleanliness, and luxury. Facilities: 4.5/5 The facilities at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua were excellent. The resort itself was beautiful, with well-maintained gardens, impressive swimming pools, relaxing areas, a gym, and plenty of spaces to unwind. The overall design of the property was stunning, with a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere throughout the resort. The facilities were clean, modern, and well looked after, adding greatly to the overall holiday experience. The only small downside was that there was not a whole heap to do specifically for teenagers. While adults and younger children would find plenty of ways to enjoy the resort, teenagers may find the activities slightly limited if they are looking for more entertainment options within the hotel. Apart from this, the facilities were excellent and provided the perfect environment for a relaxing Bali holiday. Conclusion: In summary, Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua was an excellent hotel that provided our family with a memorable and relaxing stay. The location was ideal for those wanting a quieter Bali experience while still being close to restaurants, beaches, and attractions in Nusa Dua. The breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of food options that catered well to different dietary requirements. The service was another major highlight, with staff members such as Dharmawan, Widi, and Arya providing exceptional hospitality and making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. The room was one of the strongest aspects of the hotel, being extremely spacious, comfortable, clean, and luxurious. The facilities were beautiful and well-maintained, with the only minor drawback being that there were limited activities specifically aimed at teenagers. Overall, Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua is a fantastic choice for families looking for a luxurious and relaxing Bali escape, with exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and a welcoming atmosphere. It was a wonderful place to stay and a hotel we would happily recommend to others.

Despite the volume of guests staying at the hotel during that time, they always served with a smile and went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed. The facilities are also very clean and new. Will come back again next time-
