My Family & I recently stayed in Apurva Kempinski. Previously the 3 of us (wife, daughter & myself) had our prior experience (Honeymoon and a year later, our daugther’s first step from crawling to standing up on her own and walk). With our most recent trip here also includes our first time bringing our parents and sibling’s family, and including us – 2 seniors, 6 adults, 3 kids. I still have to say that this is still one of the best hotel there is in Bali. Apurva Kempinski’s hospitality never fail to amaze me and even the family. To name a few, the arrangement and greetings prepared 1-2 days before your arrival. This alone shows how much effort they have put to ensure we are very catered and pampered. We were greeted upon arrival and directed to the main lobby, welcome drinks, etc – everyone is mesmerized by beauty of the hotel, the kids are happy to get the mascot (burung Jalak), as for me, yes! I am back here again finally! Last but not least, special thanks to Pak Rispan, Jenifer & Naomi – for making this trip so pleasant and making everybody happy. The little gifts that keeps the kids happy, the exceptional service and even to following up the booking BaiYun restaurant for all of us possible at our preferred timing. As I have mentioned in the beginning, this is my first time coming here with a bigger group, however, the process of checking-in until the day we checked-out is seamless and fast. It doesn’t feel like I am travelling with a group when we were checking-out a few rooms in total. You can really feel at ease and relax! There are so many more things I can say about Apurva Kempinski Bali and their team but lets keep it simple and to the point. Location: Apurva Kempinski location in Nusa Dua is just perfect, with private beach of their own and well maintained – clean and neatly arranged. The rooms is big, clean & modern. The breakfast, high-tea, cocktails are good (Pak Dedi at “Cliff Lounge” makes really good cocktails). There are also swimming pools suitable for both adults and kids. I have only tried Bai Yun and Pala restaurants, both are delicious. Atmosphere: I would say its just right, definitely not noisy. We were here during high season and it’s definitely not noisy. the design, the structure here makes you feel you are in a world of its own, separate from outside. Service: TOP NOTCH! I bet you will have a hard time looking/thinking of another place with Apurva’s service level. For everything that is offered by the Apurva Kempinski will become a memorable value for me and the family. Cant wait to come back here again soon – planning in progress!
