This hotel/resort will do absolutely everything in their power to make you satisfied. If you ever encounter any problems they will sort you out 100%. The staff is also very very polite and friendly, they are always happy to chat and are always there for you

“Amazing service by Bulan”
Bulan was our waitress at the beach bar and she was very attentive, smiley and most importantly we felt welcomed by her. Frequently asking if needed a top up (which we did). She was only a trainee member of staff. 5 stars from Nik and Bharvi. Keep up the good work Bulan.
