Perfect. Unsurpassed standard of hospitality. Am reluctant to write this review as I want to keep it a secret. The staff are so competent, responsive, kind and intuitive. The accomodation is luxurious. It is about a 10 min drive from the beac but there is a free shuttle service in highly comfortable cars with lovely drivers at any time you want. The spa was absolutely incredible with professional and skilled staff that know their craft. The food was lovely. Gong restaurant is right up there. It can be delivered to your villa or eaten at the highly rated restaurant.

Having stayed at all four of the Kayumanis locations in Bali over the past two years, I can confidently recommend any and all of the Kayumanis brand. The high quality of facilities, cleanliness, privacy, and the consistently professional and courteous service from the staff has made Kayumanis our go-to place to stay in Bali. This was our second time in Kayumanis Sanur. My wife and I were guests in April and had no hesitation in returning just two months later. Being on the west side of the bypass, Kayumanis does offer a more tranquil, residential vibe to a Sanur vacation than the busy beach side and we loved being able to walk and explore the neighbourhood at a leisurely pace. The nearby rural area with rice fields and crops (watermelon this time of year) was such a beautiful, peaceful stroll. It is, perhaps, an area of Sanur that many tourists are unaware of. Having said that, walking to the beach or Icon Mall is certainly possible - we did it simply because we enjoyed the walk. However, making use of the resort’s complimentary and personal shuttle service is obviously a more comfortable option. Wayan (Sepi), thank you so much for your expertise and knowledge (and humour) - we learnt so much from you about Bali during our drives with you and look forward to more chats in the future. The on-site restaurant - Gong - is such a delightful place. Romantic and intimate with a well thought out menu and dishes skilfully prepared and presented. Great selection of cocktails too! We had most of our evening meals there, never missed the afternoon tea, and enjoyed the most delicious breakfasts each morning. Actually, the Kayumanis French Toast for breakfast is a ‘must have’ no matter which Kayumanis location you choose. Niti, thank you so much for looking after us so well at meal times, it was lovely to see you again. In fact, a big thank you to all the restaurant staff - a highly efficient, professional and attentive team. Of course, a resort is ultimately defined by its people, and the whole team at Kayumanis Sanur once again exceeded our already high expectations. We were greeted warmly, our preferences remembered and, as always, there was an underlying background of genuine friendliness and eagerness to help without being intrusive. That balance of attentive yet discreet service is something Kayumanis consistently gets right. A special thank you to Udi for the personal attention we received throughout both of our stays. You welcomed us back home into the Kayumanis Sanur family like we were old friends. Thanks, Udi! The spa treatment was sublime. We enjoyed two couples' massages and both were exceptional - deeply relaxing and physically restorative. The therapists are incredibly skilled and know exactly what they’re doing. Highly recommend! Returning to Kayumanis Sanur for a second stay within such a short period only reinforced the excellence we’d already come to appreciate. It remains a peaceful sanctuary, offering exceptionally private villas, outstanding dining, and service that is both warm and genuinely heartfelt. We left already talking about our next visit and have no doubt we'll continue choosing Kayumanis whenever we return to Bali.

My wife and I have just completed a fantastic stay at Kayumanis Sanur and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The villa was spacious, private and beautifully maintained, while the inclusions offered through Luxury Escapes provided exceptional value. Breakfast, afternoon tea and the daily hospitality touches all added to the experience. What impressed us most was the service. The team genuinely cared about ensuring we had a memorable stay. On the few occasions we had minor requests, they were addressed immediately and resolved without hesitation. It's often how a property handles the small things that distinguishes great hospitality from good hospitality, and Kayumanis excelled in this regard. The butler service was attentive without being intrusive, the food was consistently excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by an additional two nights rather than moving elsewhere in Bali. A sincere thank you to the entire Kayumanis Sanur team for making our holiday so memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a luxurious and personalised Bali experience.

“Peaceful oasis”

We have just had eleven nights in this wonderful resort. We loved everything from the moment Gudse picked us up at the airport to being dropped back at the airport. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Loved the car being available to drop us and pick us up and communication was so easy with WhatsApp. We walked several times from the villas to the beach, which we found very easy, even crossing the highway!! Great spot in a local residential area, which once you entered the villas was like a private oasis. Food was excellent, all day breakfast a fantastic idea. All staff were friendly and helpful. Loved our huge villa and the peace and quiet. We will be back. Thank you for an amazing time.
