The Kayon Resort is truly a special property located in the heart of nature in Ubud. From the very first moment, it draws you into Bali’s peaceful, calming, and soul-soothing atmosphere. The room design, the colors, the view, and the overall ambiance are extremely pleasant. Nothing at the resort feels disturbing or overwhelming; on the contrary, every detail seems thoughtfully designed for relaxation, peace, and harmony with nature. My wife and I had planned our Bali holiday by staying in three different regions, spending three nights in each area. We also stayed three nights at The Kayon Resort. However, we later realized that the biggest mistake we made during our trip was not staying at this hotel longer. In our opinion, this is not a resort where three nights are enough. We truly felt that we should have stayed at least five nights here to fully enjoy the atmosphere, the nature, the peace, and the overall experience. I especially believe it offers a wonderful atmosphere for honeymoon couples. The pool feels like an infinity pool set right in the middle of nature. The surrounding greenery, the river, and the beautiful sound of the waterfall within the resort create a truly peaceful feeling. Having coffee right next to the waterfall is a completely different kind of serenity. In that moment, you are not just drinking coffee; with the sound of nature, the flow of the water, and the calmness of Bali, you enter a completely different state of mind. The dinner options are also quite extensive, and the food was truly delicious. As Turkish guests, choosing food abroad is not always easy for us, as we are quite selective when it comes to taste. However, the flavors we tried here made us very happy. The presentations, the taste, and the atmosphere all turned dinner into a very enjoyable experience. Our spa experience was also excellent. We had a 60-minute spa treatment, and honestly, I had not experienced such a relaxing spa in a long time. The quality of the massage, the way the team truly listened to us, and how carefully they focused on the areas we needed was absolutely wonderful. It was not just a standard massage; it was a special experience that truly relaxed the body and made us feel lighter. As a family with more than 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, I can sincerely say that the attention, friendliness, and energy of the staff truly impressed us. I had not seen such a happy, sincere, and passionate team in many years. I would especially like to thank Manager Pande Ardika. His knowledge of the property, guest relations skills, and overall approach were beyond impressive. It is honestly very difficult to find managers like this nowadays. The Kayon Resort became an unforgettable experience for us in Bali. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for peace, nature, great food, a high-quality spa experience, and genuine hospitality all in one place. If we visit Bali again, this is definitely a property where we would love to stay longer.
