My son and I used Sarinande as a base for excursions around Indonesia. This place is slowly recovering from covid, and as a result, their restaurant has not yet opened. Breakfast can be had a coffee shop next door, or at any restaurant five minutes walk away. The rooms were clean, although a bit worn. The hotel has a magnificent pool area, which actually does look like on the pictures. The pool is clean and the surroundings are beautiful. A great place to hang out. The Seminyak beach is only five minutes walk down the road. There are plenty of restaurants 5-10 minutes walk away. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They had no problem keeping some of our stuff for a few days, while we went on an excursion to Borneo. Since the hotel is located on a small side street, it is very quiet at night. No honking helps a good night's sleep. Sarinande is great value for money in Seminyak. If you require a spotless hotel with top notch service, this may not be your place. But if all you are looking for is a clean, hospitable place, Sarinande might be. I would definitely pick it again, should I return to Seminyak.

This hotel is very near to Seminyak beach but is 15 min walk to near restaurants and 20 min walk to main Seminyak street. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast was very bad with just 2 option. This hotel is very near to Seminyak beach but is 15 min walk to near restaurants and 20 min walk to main Seminyak street. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast was very bad with just 2 option. Cleaning can be improvised. Room is also basic with only locker and water..no teapot or hairdryer or bathroom amenities. Water tastes funny and we had to use mineral water to wash our fave. Worst was geting there, the last 500 meters on a small road completely dark and aloof at night. Rooms in the upper floor is good. Rooms in lower floor are adjoining rooms. Pool is not inviting. Price of the hotel was in budget in seminyak area.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days, frendly Staf, but the breakfast was bad. Cleaning can be improvde not far from the beach. But the Worst was geting there, the last 500 meters on a small road completely dark at night was incredibly dangerous with lot of holes in the street. With a lot of motorcycles and cars.

“Disapointed”

We checked in to Sarinande understanding we pay for a budget hotel. We were given a room tucked in a corner smelling badly of mould. We checked in to Sarinande understanding we pay for a budget hotel. We were given a room tucked in a corner smelling badly of mould. The staff were able to change the room for us, but it was another that stunk of mould. After the third change upstairs we at least didn’t have the mould smell. Instead the room smelt like the sewer/ river running just behind. When we settled in the water didn’t work in the shower. The staff came and fixed it however the pressure was terrible. The TV was fuzzy too. The bed was not a double, it was two different beds shoved together. The AC was not good. The fridge was tiny with no shelf... The next morning we woke up after poor sleep due to noisy traffic all night, and the toilet didn’t work. The list go’s on... we couldn’t cope so left after a night. Unfortunately non refundable so we paid for double accomodation. The location is ok, the staff are nice, but Needs some TLC.
