We were very impressed with the best service, apart from the breakfast which was complete and delicious and also very trustworthy, we forgot our cell phone in the room, thank God we got it back with a quick, professional response. always successful Santika Mega Bekasi, we love you so much.

“A Pleasant Surprise”
We stayed here for three days partly to be out of Jakarta and partly to be close to family. The hotel and the mall were both pleasant surprises.
