“What a nice hotel !”
Had a pleasant time staying here with my family for a one night staycation. The staffs are so friendly and informative, the facilities are well kept and nice. Love the vibes and will definitely stay here again soon

“Very pleasant hotel”
I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and plan to return. It is perhaps the best hotel of the chain in Jakarta. Rooms are nice, breakfast is solid. Staff is helpful, especially from the management.

“Comfortable Stay”
Extremely pleased with my stay at Best Western Kemayoran. Location is great, and rooms are well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. Special mention to one of their friendly staff members, Arfan, who is very thoughtful and highly attentive to the needs of his guests.
