“Kempinski never disappoints”
As usual, great service overall. Weekend getaway without nanny done right. Special thanks to Monica for the great service, as well as complimentary child amenities and snacks. We were also very lucky to receive three level complimentary upgrade as a titanium gha member.

“Excellent hospitality”
We went to Oku for our burthday dinner, and we met Komang Hani at the hotel lobby which she escorted us to the restaurant not just by giving us directions. The food that was exquisite and the staffs were so helpful and considerate which made us felt welcomed for this special occasion

“Very pleasant stay at the Kempinski”
A pleasant stay at this iconic establishment in Jakarta. Room amenities were top-notched and staff service was warm and welcoming. The proximity to the Grand Indonesia mall is also a plus. Good gym and spa facilities. Overall a good experience.
