We’ve had a fantastic 4-night-stay at the modern-classical St. Regis Jakarta recently. Eventhough we’ve had many good hotel experiences, The St Regis Jakarta was the BEST. From the first moment we arrived till the last, the attentive service from its staffs were incredible and it’s what made this hotel outstanding. The attention to details of St Regis is not only to its luxurious interior decorations and hi-tech amenities but also to its butler service and dining experience. Almost all the staffs we met were so attentive and polite. We would like to specially thank to Karen and Adli whom we met during breakfast sessions. They made our dining experience very enjoyable. Adli was so thoughtful that he brought us the herbal tea unexpectedly. On our third night there, I was so surprised seeing a gift on the chest drawer at our room. Suddenly, I remembered Karen because I told her that I loved one of St Regis toiletries! That gesture made me speechless for a few minutes, indeed! Additionally, she even accompanied and helped us with our luggages to the parking area. She were with us till the last moment. We were also grateful to have excellent housekeeping attendants who cared for our room neatly. Special thanks to Dewa and Wahed, whose simple gesture of providing us 2 paxs of praying mats after realizing our small praying mat, made our stay really meaningful. Their hand-written notes really touched us. Last but not least, a grateful thank to Shafira who helped us extending our check-out time to 2 pm. Thank You St Regis! Overall, we loved staying at The St Regis Jakarta and would love to return in the near future.🤲🏻

Wow! This hotel lives up to the hype, with everyone going above and beyond to help you in any way they can. One of the things that stood out was how every staff member completed the ask of the guests and then went on the ask if there was any other way they can assist- ask the staff member something about another department it’s not an issue of no, they go away and communicate with the correct people and get the request sorted. Another initial memory, which set the scene of my 13 night stay, was after travelling 25 hours I was sitting in the cafe having a sandwich and water while calling my family back home… it was not even 15s after I lent my phone against something that a staff member brought me a phone stand- I was shocked at the level of attentiveness and thoughtfulness on this occasion, as well as through my stay!

I stayed at the St. Regis Jakarta in July 2026 for a business trip. Among a generally capable team, Pak Ihsan at the reception was the clear standout for me. What impressed me was not any single grand gesture but the consistency. He was attentive without hovering, efficient without rushing, and genuinely helpful in a way that never felt rehearsed. Every request I made was handled promptly and correctly, and he followed up without being asked. Perfect stay and will return soon.

★★★★★ My stay at The St. Regis Jakarta was the perfect finale to my journey across Java, from the volcanic landscapes of East Java through the magnificent temples of Yogyakarta, and finally to Jakarta. A special thank you to Fikri and the Butler Service team. What impressed me most was not simply the attentive service, but the genuine conversations we shared. Fikri took the time to learn about my journey across Java, listened with sincere interest, and generously shared his own perspectives on Indonesia’s history, culture, and heritage. After days spent exploring Java’s volcanoes, temples, and history, those conversations became a meaningful continuation of the journey itself. Breakfast at Bel Étage was another highlight. My sincere appreciation goes to Chef Styven and the wonderful lady from the breakfast service team, whose warmth and attentiveness made the experience especially memorable. They took the time to understand my interests and preferences, recommended local specialties and jamu, and guided me through dishes and flavors that reflected Indonesia’s rich culinary heritage. Breakfast became more than a meal—it became another way to experience Java through its food, culture, and hospitality. My thanks also go to Andy for the Sunday Boot Camp Workout at the Fitness Center. From warm-up and mobility exercises to cardio, coordination, flexibility, and strength training, he provided thoughtful coaching and encouragement throughout the session, making it a wonderful start to my final day in Jakarta. I also thoroughly enjoyed The St. Regis Bar, The Rose Gourmand Deli, and The Spa at The St. Regis Jakarta, each of which reflected the same refinement, professionalism, and attention to detail that define this remarkable hotel. Beautiful hotels can be found everywhere, but what makes The St. Regis Jakarta truly exceptional is its people. Thank you to Fikri and the Butler Service team, Chef Styven and the Bel Étage breakfast team, and Andy at the Fitness Center for making this the perfect finale to my journey across Java. I look forward to returning.
