“Best service in a traditional environment”
It was a very nice experience to stay in this charming hotel. A beautiful location with traditional and classical elements. We also like the stuff, specially Megawati. She was super kind and very professional. She took good care of us! We will come back surely!

“Stay in room 710”
I enjoyed my two-night stay in room 710. The spacious accommodations and convenient location were notable. well-located. The service, amenities, and overall guest experience were commensurate with the price. There are several areas that need to be repaired

“Balairung Hotel in Jakarta”
this hotel is comfortable to use for resting, good views too, complete facilities and a good food menu too, but I don't like the staff, we are not appreciated, the staff is slow and the meeting place is lacking in my opinion, I give this hotel 3 stars
