“Good”
I stayed in this hotel for one week with friend, the service of this hotel are very good, i like the view of the room very comfortable, then the restaurant are very nice there are many traditional foods, and l can see the Islamic Center views from the hotel

The room is clean, the AC and internet connecton is good, the croissant also moist (made by mbak Ari and mbak Yolanda) , thank you for santika mataram for make me feel like at hoom. All the team are very helpful. Especially mas Azhar, Chef Sanis and mas Zafar ,mas Nyoman, Mas Jun. I will come back… more

“Excellent hotel”
Feeling like at home since the room is so clean, the net is good also the AC is cool. Mr. GM pak Abdullah and team are very hospitality (mbak Oci, Mas Azhari, mas Jufri and also mas Dodiek. The croissant is taste good and also lupis and getuk (traditional cake). Always santika in my heart

“Good hotel”
A new hotel in the central of Mataram city. .the room is clean and tidy, but you must inform to put mini refrigerator ( mini bar) in your room. Breakfast is great and many options of food and drinks
