After years of traveling, I rarely come across places that surprise me. This one genuinely did. The design and overall concept are thoughtfully executed, and the architecture is striking in a way that immediately stands out! What makes it special is the atmosphere, it has a character of its own that’s hard to compare. You can easily spend your entire day there without needing to step outside. From morning sessions like yoga, breathwork, and sound healing, cacao ceremonies, concerts (musicians are awesome!) to the wide range of facilities such as the spa, gym, treatments, and massages, everything is conveniently in one place. The venue is quite lively and well-known. Guests staying on the property are given priority for activities, as long as you plan ahead and reserve early. They also organise Sunday festivals which I did not have the chance to join but I heard they are very nice. Operations run very smoothly. One of the highlights is definitely the team. The staff are warm, attentive, and detail-oriented - they make an effort to remember guests personally, which adds a thoughtful touch. Cleanliness is consistently maintained across everything and the food organic options are very good! The rooms beside the suites are a bit dark but you do not have much time to spend indoors so that is okay. The location is another plus, right by the beach and close to great cafés nearby. Just some constructions ongoing next door, so please keep this in mind. Overall, it left a strong impression on me, and I’d definitely consider coming back in the future. I've traveled all over the world but last 10 years I am based in Dubai 🇦🇪 where the standard is pritty high, where you used to luxury and good service in every field. I was thinking that nothing can impress me but Udara Bali did. Beautiful design, great arhitecture..who ever did it well done. Such a uniqe place with different vibes, not comparable. You literally have all in one there and I had program from morning till the evening. Yoga, sound healing, breathwork..and lots of facilities...spa, gym, hyperbaric, massages... there is no need to go out of here. It's very crowded and famous place, especially on Sundays when they have festival and DJ but they always give priority to in house guests for any activity, you just need to book day before. Place is so well organized and operating like a proper 5* hotel even it is not. You can feel that behind the scene is Europian/german management handling all of this. Staff is super nice, they are trained to call guests by name and take care of every details to make them happy. Many thanks to Down, Dian, Vinu, Bella and all others who made my stay comfortable. Rooms, bed sheets, towels, plates, glasses, cutleries...all always clean. Pitty I was on detox program and couldn't try all organic food they have on the menu. This place is located just next to the beach and all around are great coffee shops. Bathrooms have no windows so dont be surprise with lizards 🦎and frogs🐸 Hope next year I can manage to come again. All recommendation 🌟

First of all, I would like to thank the most humble members of the team — the garden and housekeeping staff. Your quiet dedication, warm smiles, and hard work create such a comfortable and welcoming environment. I truly believe the soul of this place begins with you. The Udara team is full of love and balance. Special thanks to Jumi at the front desk, one of the most experienced members of the team — the joyful soul who brings so much laughter and positive energy to everyone, including the guests. Resi is clearly a future management talent; her sincerity and the genuine way she introduces this place to guests really touched me. MERLI, DIAN, MIRA, and INDAH always welcome everyone gently and calmly, even during busy moments, so you never feel anxious while waiting. I have honestly never seen a place where so many of the male staff — from the front desk to the garden and housekeeping teams — have such warm and lovely smiles. The team is extremely attentive to guests’ needs. When I accidentally fell, the front desk immediately followed up and asked carefully about where the accident happened. The communication within the team is close and caring, and you can clearly see the strong bond between them. Seeing them celebrate birthdays together regularly also brings me joy. I also truly appreciate that this place hires university students studying related disciplines. If Udara could collaborate with local universities in the future, I believe it would become even more professional and inspiring.
