“Nice place to stay in Surabaya ”
Very clean, comfort, nice room, very very recommended hotel in Surabaya. Its my first choice when Im in Surabaya. Close to Ciputra World Mall or Pakuwon Mall. There's coffeeshop at the lobby of the hotel.

“Unpleasant experience at the Reception Desk. Room was adequate.”
Hotel was understaffed during my stay. I stayed for 2 nights. The reception desk was always unoccupied except for the time I checked-in.
