“Great Experience”
We had an amazing 4-night stay at Bumi Surabaya City Resort! The staff were incredibly humble and attentive, always ready to assist. The room was superb – clean with a fantastic city view. “Great in some parts, flawed elsewhere”
This hotel has some great features that make it resemble a 5 star hotel. But then it drops to 3 or 4 star in some dimensions. “Please give back the breakfast menu before pandemic era, we miss it!”
Book for 3 room to staycation with parents and kid, and happy being make them happy with the wellness facilities. The breakfast menu differs much less than before stay durung pandemic era, but the fried rice always became our favourite. We really miss "mendoan" and sushi spot.
