“Great Budget Hotel”
The hotel is located on a quiet street, very nice to take a rest. Apparently they have just had renovation on the lobby area few months prior, so it's very nice. “Inconsistent information between staff and OTA”
Please gave consistent information. Recheck and refresh your OTA detail information. Recheck and make sure the room ready to used before guest arrive. Even small mistake could make someone unpleased stay at your hotel again and ruined everything.

“Need to improve”
The room is clean enough, but the door needed to be fixed. Th breakfast space is minimum, has a minimum variety also, but the taste is good. Theres not enough parking lot, i have to park outside 50m from the building.
