“Our stay in Santika Pandegiling”
It was our 2nd time we stayed at Santika Pandegiling in the last 3 months. Both were all satisfying stay. Thankfully to Ms. Tasya at the reception, we were allowed to check in before 2 pm. The service, accomodation and the proximity was one of the reason why we chose Santika Pandegiling.

Good location and good food, good View from my room, room interior is good but exterior need to refresh, hospitality of staff is very good, quality food is good,need to add more traditional snack and food , tv channel need to improve and wifi quality is good

Varied and scrumptious menu for breakfast, perfect location, got city light view as I requested when booking, spacious and clean room, and friendly staff. However, the toilet seems to be clogged and the flush did not work well. Hope they can improve their service.
