“nice hotel at heart of surabaya”
This is my second stay at this hotel. This time, I stayed in a suite room and had afternoon high tea. The breakfast menu is varied, as is typical of a hotel of its class. The service, from check-in to room service and dining, was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
