“One of the best hotels in surabaya”
The location is strategic. Its right on one of the main streets and the traffic is high but not disturbing. Its in a pretty quiet area. “Strategic location with excellent service”
Mercure Grand Mirama is my preferred hotel in Surabaya, especially for business trip. The room was clean, well-maintained, service was excellent, breakfast spread was good even during fasting month. Minor issue with hot water but nothing major and effecting the whole experience
