“Highly recommend - best place to stay in Surabaya”
I found this great hotel to be really clean, convenient and well attended. Smiling service and an entirely smooth experience. Very well located also. I highly recommend staying here, whether or not your intention is to be largely inside or away from your accomodaiton. .

good hotel, all the staff were polite and so helpfull, cant describe word for this hotel, overall is good, breakfast is good, room is very very comfortable for sleep and for doing work, cleanliness is good, mineral water only provide for two
