“Excelence experience”
very nice experience. Check in and check out service is very fast. What I like the most is refilling drinking water which makes it easier for us customers. I hope that in the future Redplanet will provide better breakthroughs and more affordable prices

“Nice staycation”
Good room with good facilities, the staff are excellent service. Very comfortable to stay at this hotel. Parking area is massive and have a valet srevice. And the location is good just 5 min to Tunjungan Plaza

“Overall is good”
Overall is good but maybe its annoying for some people they must download the application for call receptionist, some people not too close with the technology Bathroom overall is clean also Fan maybe useless

“One of nice budget hotel”
Nice budget hotel, not spacious but ok the location nit in the city cebtral but ok service ok, cleanliness ok, parking area good the reception on the second floor and there s lift acces from basement or parking area. Suitable for budget hotel

“Ants and stained sheets and towels at a cheap price”
At $13US per night, its a safe place to sleep. Not much within walking distance, so plan on using Grab a lot.
