“Business Trip”
My order was handled by Mrs. Shannon, she’s doing her best job, nice, and polite. The hotel service is good even something went wrong with the amenities. But overall it’s a fun day to spend in Alana Hotel Surabaya.

“Good hotel and affordable”
Nice hotel the room was clean, spacious room , good service and friendly staff, got the special hospitality by GM, perfect. Good and silent location . The resto was not spacious but its ok many varians of the breakfast’s menu , this hotel have sauna and indoor pool also.
