The Royal Darmo Malioboro is a nice place for a quiet stay in Jogjakarta. The staff were quite nice and very helpful. “Excellent hotel but noisy ”
We stayed here 3 nights while visiting Jogja. The hotel is well located, 10 minute walk to Malioboro. Room was spacious and clean, staff were very nice as well! Buffet breakfast was good with lots of options. Only complaint would be noise, there is a mosque next to the hotel and the daily morning … more

The room is spacious, you can put in extra bed. It was clean but bathroom atelier ergonomics is to be desired. The location of hairdryer is too difficult to use.
