Stay in this resort for 02 nites. One of the best marriot resort in Indonesia. They have their own beach and it is beautiful, we can feed the fish even shark and also we can snorkling and swim with the fish and also had experince to take a photo with turtle, all of this because of mr. Izoel who assist us to do all these things. Thank you for gave us these opportunity. For the breakfast they have so many meals, but the taste need to improve. For check in, due to high occupancy and a little bit crowded, it goes not smoothly. They will inform me when our room ready but, this is not happen also they didt gave us the voucher for activities till we ask for it. Overall, we enjoy it and will be back again.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt right. The welcome at check-in was warm, professional, and personal. We were initially given a beautiful premium room, and after two days we were upgraded to a suite with a stunning view over the garden, pool, and sea. A real highlight. The service is consistently excellent. The team is attentive, friendly, and well organized. You feel taken care of without it ever feeling forced. Every request is handled quickly and smoothly. Communication is easy and the staff speaks very good English. The food is outstanding. There is a wide selection and the quality is high across the board. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. Fresh, well prepared, and full of variety. The atmosphere throughout the resort is very well balanced. Soft background music plays around the property, even by the pool, which creates a relaxed holiday feeling without being intrusive. The rooms are stylish, clean, and very well maintained. You can see the attention to detail. A standout experience is the hotel’s own house reef right in front of the beach. You can walk into the water and immediately see corals and many different kinds of fish. We went snorkeling every day, swam with the fish, and were even allowed to feed them. It’s a unique experience that adds a lot to the stay. We also really appreciated the small animal area with different bird species, deer, and a turtle sanctuary. Everything is well cared for and maintained with respect. The private beach is clean, quiet, and perfect to relax. A special thank you to Dodi at the reception, Sabreena the GM, Alfredo in service, and Maria from the kitchen. Your effort made a real difference. “Stunning Property and Pristine Views, but Service Lapses in Room Dining”

I stayed at the Lampung Marriott Resort and Spa from April 3rd to 5th, 2026, in room 3217. The property is absolutely beautiful and elegantly designed. Each room features excellent attention to detail and offers a direct view of the ocean. Although the beach faces South—meaning you won't see the sunrise or sunset—the view remains breathtakingly beautiful. The Highlights: The Beach & Activities: The seawater is crystal clear and very clean. We enjoyed waking up at 5:00 AM for a morning walk along the shore. We also hiked up to the helipad, which offers an extraordinary panoramic view. Dining: The breakfast was excellent, featuring a wide variety of local, Western, and Asian dishes. Everything tasted delicious. Location: The resort is conveniently located, only about 11 km or a 30-minute drive from the city center of Bandar Lampung. Room for Improvement (In-Room Dining): While everything else was perfect, I had a disappointing experience with In-Room Dining on the night of April 4th. Around 7:00 PM, I ordered Fried Rice and requested an ice bucket, as I was feeling unwell with a fever and needed it for a cold compress. Service Delay: By 8:00 PM, the food had still not arrived. It took 4 or 5 attempts to call Room Service before someone finally answered. I understand there was a large event at the hotel that night, but the delay was excessive. Quality & Accuracy: The food arrived 10 minutes after my follow-up call, but both the fried rice and the side dish (fried chicken) were already cold. It felt as though the food had been sitting ready for a while with no one available to deliver it. The ice bucket was not delivered. Unfulfilled Request: The server told me they would return immediately with the ice bucket. However, it never arrived. In fact, my request was completely ignored until I checked out. This specific experience left a bit of a sour note on an otherwise wonderful stay. The property, location, and facilities are world-class, but service consistency—especially for in-house guests during busy events—must be a priority. I would still love to return, but I hope the management addresses these service lapses.
