Our team had a wonderful experience at Natra Bintan Resort for our recent company retreat. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the attentive and professional team. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort—checking in with us frequently, engaging with our group, and even remembering our names and respective units, which made the experience feel very personal and thoughtful. The resort’s beautiful natural surroundings, well-planned layout, and peaceful ambiance created an ideal environment for both relaxation and rejuvenation. Throughout our stay, we were particularly impressed by the high level of service and attention to detail demonstrated across all touchpoints. Every member of the staff—including the team bonding facilitators—demonstrated genuine hospitality. Their friendliness, energy, and dedication made us feel truly valued and well taken care of. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, including the accommodations (based on majority feedback), dining and meal selections, training workshops, team bonding programmes, and the thoughtfully arranged closing dinner. Team Bonding Programme Highlights The team bonding programme deserves special recognition as one of the standout aspects of our retreat. It was exceptionally well-planned, smoothly executed, and thoughtfully curated to encourage collaboration, engagement, and enjoyment across the entire team. The facilitators were highly energetic, professional, and inclusive—ensuring everyone felt comfortable participating while maintaining a lively and positive atmosphere throughout. Activities were not only fun but also meaningful, fostering team spirit and strengthening connections among colleagues. The dance class, in particular, was a highlight—fun, interactive, and memorable for everyone involved. The programme struck a great balance between light-hearted entertainment and team-building value, making it both enjoyable and purposeful. We also truly appreciated the extra effort taken to capture moments through photos and videos after each activity. These thoughtful touches made the experience even more special and gave us lasting memories to look back on. Overall Experience We would like to sincerely thank the Natra Bintan team for their effort and dedication in delivering such a delightful and memorable stay. We would gladly recommend the resort to our family and friends. Overall, we rated the retreat experience 9 out of 10. Areas for Improvement While our overall experience was highly positive, we would like to highlight a few areas for improvement: Room Facilities The connection hub located below the TV emitted a continuous beeping sound, which required unplugging. It would be helpful to clarify its purpose or ensure it functions properly. Some room doors were not smooth to operate, although still manageable. Equipment Setup The projector used during our dinner event did not function as intended, which slightly impacted the programme. General Feedback Staff members were consistently polite and friendly—this is a strong positive worth maintaining. No specific feedback regarding the open-concept toilet.

During my company retreat on May 21st - May 22nd 2026, I had the pleasure of visiting Natra Bintan, A Tribute Portfolio Resort. This establishment provided me with a remarkable first-time experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted at the ferry terminal and transported to the resort within a 5-10 minute timeframe. The resort's stunning scenery and impressive pool immediately caught my attention, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff members were consistently polite and amiable, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. In particular, Subki displayed exceptional service, treating my friends and me with great care. The dining experience was equally enjoyable. The breakfast, especially the lontong, was bursting with flavor. I would suggest the addition of cereal, such as cornflakes, to further enhance the morning meal. The lunch offerings, specifically the beef rendang, were also quite flavorful. However, the dinner service truly stood out, with delectable chocolate cakes among the highlights. I propose incorporating more local desserts into the dinner menu to elevate the overall experience. The resort's transportation service, via buggy, was both efficient and convenient, with courteous drivers ensuring smooth travels between my room and the lobby. My accommodation was clean, unique, and cooling, embodying the essence of a relaxing resort getaway. I wholeheartedly appreciate the exceptional hospitality demonstrated by Mr. Harry and all the staff members at Natra Bintan resort. I will eagerly recommend this establishment to others and look forward to my next visit. Thank you very much to all.
