“Great city Hotel”
My friends suggested me to stay in this hotel, my hotel stay was pleasant, We loved the rooms facing to pool view, front desk named Topan help us to get that room he is very friendly and welcoming, his service are fabulous , Room was clean and comfortable. will be here if i go to batM

Beautiful hotel in Batam, great service, great view from the rooms, rooms clean and comfy, nice amenities, spa, gym, sauna, pool, great breakfast buffet, close to restaurants, shops and malls.

“Good for Short Vacation”
Staff are very helpful and friendly. They do their best for customers. The lunch such as satay was very well prepared in the sauce and chicken meat which not so salty and was delicious. The room is very clean and spacious.

Nice hotel many restaurants, near to many shopping centre, very nice swimming pool, nice with elevator outside the hotel, before there was big discotheque, under hotel?.

“Good short trip”
This hotel near to McDonald's and convenience mart Room is clean and in good condition however this is a old hotel so I think renovation is necessary I book the room with free breakfast, there are varities of choice and food is nice. Staff is friendly and willing to help Recommend to stay here.
