gaja hotel is the best ferforman familiar staff and, menu restaurant fariasi, nice room, speed wifi, free parking. if you run in area gaja hotel, a empek-empek palembang and Batagor, also Bakso Enak Benar.

“Feel at Home”
It was my first time stay at the hotel, I found friendly staff, clean and tidy room and the hotel service very flexible. “Convenience”
I arrived at Pekanbaru at 4 am and straightly go to this hotel asking them if there's room available. Luckily i get a room at one day price for 1 and half day stay which a plus factor for me. Second the front office greet me with smile and really helpful. The room is simple but convenience for me. … more

Very helpful staff - the guard, reception, housekeeping. Room a bit outdated and smelt of cigarettes when 1st. entered. Quite far from attractions but many food outlets nearby/walking distance. Clean surrounding
