“Recommend it”
our stay was wonderful! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was beautiful and well-priced. The breakfast was excellent and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visit the city

“Good experience”
I recently stayed at Novotel Pekanbaru and it was an excellent experience. The room was clean, the staff very helpfuly and attentive. Overall my stay is good and I would consider staying here again.

“Great choice for bussiness travelers”
Absolutely loved my stay at Novotel Pekanbaru. The room modern and clean , the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel location was ideal near from mall, we can walk to go there. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

“Enviromental Friendly”
This is our first time stayed in this hotel. There was a mall next to the hotel. Breakfast was nice. The Bed was comfortable. We never had experience refill our water before. I think this hotel try to be enviromental friendly. The staff was fiendly.
