“Best htl in pku”
Very good for family vacation, have a big s.pool and clean. I like the restaurant concepts and the foods are delicious. They have a good hospitality. I want to recomended this hotel to my friends and my family's. Tq hotel pangeran Pekanbaru 👍

“Nice hotel”
Staff were very friendly, breakfast was amazing and there was a lot of different foods to choose from, pool was very good, Room was big and clean. The place is also very close to the airport. Very happy with my stay here.

“You Can Not be A King in This Pangeran Hotel”
I rated 3 out of 5, which means just good. There's no memorable point in this hotel. Just a standard one. The food was standard, the health protocol also standard, and its old-style hotel. I can't find anything different from another hotel...

“Friendly Staff”
Stayed 3 nights. Friendly staff. Two issues to be addressed: cleanliness needs improvement - found some hair on the bathroom floor. The armchair and dressing table chair cushions need to be changed as both were worn out.
