The staff at Laguna Hotel Gili Trawangan have been extremely friendly, helpful and kind natured. This place was sufficient for a 3 night stay but left us rather underwhelmed. As a large family group, we had 3 rooms. The bedding was clean and rooms tidy but in real need of updating.
