We just wrapped up a spectacular 3-night stay at Qunci Villas Resort in Lombok, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The Service & Staff: The staff here is wonderful and incredibly attentive. They anticipate your every need with a warm smile and truly elevate the entire guest experience. The Room: We stayed in a garden view room, which was absolutely beautiful. The standout feature was the amazing indoor-outdoor bathroom and shower setup—there is nothing quite like showering in the fresh air surrounded by lush greenery! The Pool & Beach: The absolute highlight of the resort's common areas is the amazing infinity pool. It stretches out beautifully, overlooking the beach, making it the ultimate spot to relax, swim, and watch the sunset. It is worth noting that the immediate beachfront terrain right in front of the resort is rocky and not particularly beach-friendly for swimming or lounging. You can walk a short distance north or south of the property for slightly better beach options, though it is still not perfect. Excursions: The resort more than makes up for the beachfront with their fantastic excursion planning. The hotel can arrange incredible day trips for you seamlessly. We booked a day-long snorkeling trip to the North Gili islands through them, and it was a flawless, magical experience from start to finish. If you want a luxurious, relaxing getaway in Lombok with world-class service, Qunci Villas is a must-visit!

Qunci Villas is ideal for anyone needing immediate relaxation. Perfect level location right on the beach with panoramic views. The pool is perfect with beds for everyone and well attended by staff. Nova and the crew can’t do enough for guests. Highly recommended. We will be back. Julie and Stewart

"I had prepared myself by reading a great many reviews. In the past I had sometimes had negative experiences, and I wanted to avoid them. At Lombok the vast majority of the population is Muslim. "I had prepared myself by reading a great many reviews. In the past I had sometimes had negative experiences, and I wanted to avoid them. At Lombok the vast majority of the population is Muslim. I had read that the nearby mosque could cause problems. We arrive. The flight had destroyed us. 20 hours of flying. The reception is at the entrance, in front of a fantastic garden. Within minutes they hand us room 52, with ocean view. And from there, paradise opens its doors to us. Room with ocean view — simply spectacular. Every detail in the room is carefully attended to. There is no television and the wifi is rather poor. But everything else is more than perfect. The shower is outdoors — the sensation cannot be described. The bed? It coddles you. The terrace is at the heart of the complex, the ocean a hundred metres away. Many Australians, extremely open and friendly. Many Japanese, perpetually focused on photographing everything. Three infinity pools, immersed in a paradise meticulously cared for by the staff. Three restaurants: Asian (the Nasi Goreng — excellent), International (good quality), and a small Italian, where — listen to this — you can find Burrata. In Lombok! An excellent pizza, spaghetti alle vongole and seafood cooked to perfection, and a torta Caprese where the only inconvenience is the calories. Even the coffee is more than good. Every evening themed nights are organised: Balinese cuisine, BBQ, Italian, and so on — all accompanied by shows and music, every detail carefully crafted. The staff is simply perfect — never intrusive, yet always ready to fulfil every request. The beach is limited, but respect the tides and even this small issue is resolved. A property that for more than twenty years has satisfied its guests, pampering them personally. In an increasingly chaotic world, the Qunci is an anticipated slice of paradise. One final word — suksma gaci — thank you, to all of you."
