We had a really wonderful stay at Anantara The Marker Dublin, and from start to finish it felt like a genuinely special experience. We were here celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel went out of its way to make us feel recognized and cared for with little gifts, notes, and thoughtful touches throughout the stay. That kind of attention to detail really stayed with us. One of the biggest highlights for us was the breakfast. It was full, delicious, and something we truly looked forward to every morning. There was a great variety, everything felt fresh, and it was one of those breakfasts where you keep going back for more because it is just that good. The coffee was also excellent, especially the cold brew. The service across the property was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was warm, polished, and attentive. I especially want to mention Rohan, who was part of the waitstaff and served us each morning with such grace. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and always had excellent recommendations. He made every breakfast feel even more enjoyable. We also had a great check-in experience with Mattijs at the front desk, who took excellent care of us right away and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room itself was quiet, beautifully designed, very clean, and felt luxurious without being overdone. It had everything you could want, including complimentary water, tea, and coffee in the room, a safe, blow dryer, iron and ironing board, great A/C and heat, and layered curtains that let you control exactly how much light came in. The bathrooms were beautiful and spotless, and even little things like the shower cap and hair tie in the shower showed how thoughtfully everything was put together. The robes were also a really nice touch. Housekeeping and room service were top notch. They did not just clean the room, they refreshed everything so thoroughly each time, from the towels to the soap to the water and everything in between. They even neatly wrapped our phone and laptop charging cables, which honestly says a lot about the level of care here. We also loved the evening turndown service. Coming back at night to a refreshed room with slippers, chocolates, and that extra layer of comfort made the stay feel even more special. The amenities were excellent as well. Having access to the pool, sauna, steam room, and spa services was incredibly convenient and made it easy to relax without leaving the hotel. The bar was also a really nice part of the experience. Great drinks, cozy lounge atmosphere, and a perfect place to wind down. Another thing we appreciated was how easy everything felt logistically. The concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area, umbrellas were available for rainy days, and the hotel even offers a complimentary car within a certain radius, which is such a nice perk. The location is also extremely convenient, so even if you are using taxis or Uber, it is effortless. Taxis come right up to the front, and when we ordered an Uber it was almost always there within 0 to 2 minutes. Overall, this hotel really gets the details right. Between the beautiful design, the thoughtful room touches, the amazing breakfast, the spa amenities, the cozy bar, and most of all the quality of service from the staff, this felt like a luxury stay in the best sense of the word. We felt genuinely taken care of, and we would absolutely stay here again.
