Limor at the reception was amazing . She recommended where to park for free, I needed to work , and furniture to bring my charger . She looked how to provide a solution , though it wasn’t so obvious to find . All my requests was handled with the smile . It’s was s great to feel this way .

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights on a family trip. Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights on a family trip. First and foremost, the hotel deserves credit for excellent service everywhere, including the security staff at the entrance, reception, room keeping and breakfast. The few things we commented on/items we needed were attended to almost immediately. Second positive comment relates to the room, which was large, clean and pleasant. Nice balcony overseeing the beach. Comfortable bed. Comfortable bathroom with good shower. Given the fact that hotel prices in Israel are outrageous, this one was reasonably priced, although this was out of season. On the downside: 1. The hotel has no parking. This is something which may have been visible under the list of amenities pre-booking, but I confess I never imagined a hotel of this size will not have one. We were forced to park in a parallel street, 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel, something that was feasible given the fact that we visited on winter, but may prove challenging or impossible on summer 2. The hotel regrettably has as neighbor a Greek tavern which plays loud music at least until 23:00 each evening (after 01:00 on New Year’s Eve). Despite a relatively long stay, we received a room on the ground floor, where this issue was fairly annoying. 3. We visited the Spa once. The pool is of moderate size, but is used by many for long swims, something which leaves very little room for others. When we were there, no staff was at hand for 30 minutes. A group of guests of the kind we have very little sympathy for opened a bottle of wine there and sang loudly, without anyone stopping them. When someone finally came down with clean towels and tried to make them stop, they simply ignored him and continued. While the hotel cannot choose the guests staying in it, it should have involved security in this matter. We thought the gym looked good, and fairly empty, but chose nevertheless not to try the spa again. 4. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection on dishes on most days, but this was not the case on Sunday morning, when choice was very limited, excluding even basic Israeli staples as hummus and tahini, and the salads were past serving age. As all hotels in Israel, this hotel is under the thumb of the religious establishment, meaning that you will not get an espresso or a freshly made omelet on Saturday, even though you paid exactly the same as religious guests, Sadly, this is not going to change. One can only wonder whether the Sunday breakfast selection is related to this issue as well.
