An unforgettable stay in Livigno – thank you, Hotel Amerikan! We spent a beautiful vacation in Livigno and stayed at Hotel Amerikan, and from the very first moment, we felt completely at home. The staff made the biggest difference — they were truly exceptional: kind, respectful, attentive, always present and ready to help with anything. There was a real sense of professionalism, but also of warmth, which made our experience even more special. The hotel itself was spotless and very well maintained. Our room was cozy and perfectly in order, and every service we used during our stay ran smoothly and with great attention to detail. The food? Absolutely delicious — from breakfast to dinner, everything was fresh, tasty, and always nicely organized. We especially appreciated the rich buffet and how clean and punctual everything was, especially during mealtimes. One of the highlights was the spa area — the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes. There were three different kinds of saunas, and we loved the calm and peaceful atmosphere. After skiing all day, it was the ideal way to unwind. Speaking of skiing: the ski piste was excellent, and what made it even better was the kindness of the people working there. They went above and beyond, especially with helping my wife, who is new to skiing — they offered advice, encouragement, and even personal help, all without asking for anything in return. Their generosity and friendliness are a big reason why we already want to come back. A special mention goes out to the amazing people we met at the hotel — both the staff and the other guests. There was such a positive energy all around. We want to sincerely thank Ervis, Vincenzo, Francesco, Adrian, Elisabetta, Angelao — they were all wonderful, and we know there were others whose names we sadly didn’t catch, including the super friendly bartender and the kind team at the ski room upstairs. And, of course, the reception team: the girls at the front desk were always welcoming, helpful, and ready to solve any issue we had. And last but definitely not least — Donato, the owner. What a great person! He wasn’t just managing things from afar, but working side by side with his team, always present, always friendly. His spirit and dedication truly shine through the whole place. All in all, this was one of those vacations you remember with a big smile. Everything felt just right — thanks to the people, the place, and the atmosphere. Great location for skiing, the pists is just behind the hotel. Great skiing area. A lot of space in the room, we had room 72, which was across the road from the main hotel. Great location for skiing, the pists is just behind the hotel. Great skiing area. A lot of space in the room, we had room 72, which was across the road from the main hotel. Our room included 2 bed rooms, kitchen, a small room for our skiing equipment, and a bathroom. The room was a bit old. Good cleaning service every day. Our stay was with breakfast and dinner every day. Great food with good variation in the restaurant, and our waiter for the week, Victor - he was fantastic and very service minded. We will come back another time, thanks

“Wouldn’t go back.”

Rooms are very small, construction work being carried out next door. Staff in the restaurant are very good. Food good, need to ask for pescatarian. Dining room, dark, very hot, when we were there the buffet was over ran by kids. Wrong end of town for local amenities.

Disgusting Ski locker room is a complete mess and dates of the middle ages. Thee sevice and hospitality of the bar tender is excellent.
