The hotel is a little far away from the village, it's a good 10-15 minute walk steeply down (and then of course up again). You can ski to the hotel either flat from the Alpe Lusia lift or, apparently, if you take the last blue slope and stop before you get into the village and walk a but up, but I never tried that. Rooms are good but the beds are really hard and the pillows really flat, so bringing your own pillow is recommended. Bathrooms are big with a decent shower and towel heaters and everything. The restaurant is nice, we had the three course meal every day but be prepared that it's not starter/main course/dessert but first/second/dessert, so the second part is often just a piece of meat with some small vegetable and not an actual full main course. You pick your own salad before the meal and it could be good to keep it for the entire meal if they allow you :) The hotel has a good bar with a big screen TV if you want to join in watching a game or something. There is a spa in the basement with a nice view over the mountains, where you find two regular dry saunas (one at around 40-50 degrees and one at 80-90) and a turkish sauna, a relax area, showers, cold shower, mist shower, and a very small pool/jacuzzi that's not very warm but still nice to relax in. There is free WiFi but it doesn't cope well when there is a large number of phones and tablets, so you will have problems getting a connection in the mornings and evenings. I did manage to use NetFlix and others did get a Skype connection, but don't count on it. The WiFi also goes through a proxy so apps like WhatsApp and Viber will not work. Facebook Messenger works though.
