“Warm, helpful staff, lots of room options (great for families with children,) clean and well maintained”

“Perfect for families ”
We had a weeks holiday at one of their appartments, clean and comfortable. The pool, lake beach were perfect. We used the pontoon for our boat, it was so easy to explore the surrounding area. “Excellent stay with friend and family ”
We stayed for a week with 3 families - very friendly and excellent service! Pool and garden next to the lake are a nice place to spend time to cool down. Boat trip taking you from Zust to the beautiful Isola Bella is a must do.

“Heated pool closed”
Hotel and Pool/garden have the busy road between each other. Lakeside room was therefore loud. No lakeside walk possible. Personnel was friendly and helpful, parking was good and room was as offered 2 breakfast session ( 7.45-8.45 and 9-10 hrs ) seem unnecessary if one has enough staff, which was not the case.
